If test results done and I was not excluded as father. By law am I allowed to have another testing done

I want to know what my legal rights are to have another testing done as I do not believe I am the father. The Mother, gave contradicting statements and was having sex with me and 2 other men(sure of this). I was never advised of when the baby was born I found out from her relative. Not sure if baby was full term or not as mother has given contradicting statements as child born premature but weight was that of a full term baby. The date baby was born doesn't add up. iI believe she is hiding information and I should at least be given the opportunity to have another testing done as there were other men and not sure if baby was premature or not and mother contradicting statements. I am at a loss, please help me
