can my paternity test be wrong?

i had a dna test done about 10months ago it said that my partner at the time was not the father, but when i had my first ultrasound done it told me that i was 7 weeks and 1 day and the dates add up with my ex partner.the other guy that i slept with told me that he is infertile and the dates are out by about 2 weeks with him.i had the tests done at the victorian state corners office. is there any chance that they got it wrong?
