The Father of my baby was in the military, but I don't know where he has moved too who can I go through to find him so that I can establish paternity for my baby once she is born?

I'm in the military also and I have went to different sources in the military to help me find him and I have not gotten any results. I keep hearing that they don't anything about my baby's father and they are not allowed to give out any information pertaining to any U.S. Soldier. This is discouraging. Is there any way you can help me with my situation or at least give good advice to point me in the right direction?
